The short version
Water & Power
Water and power are the two utilities we rely on the most. Unfortunately, in the mountains they disappear from time to time. The video above walks through the whole troubleshooting sequence. As always, if you're struggling, call me.
Fireplace
The fireplace is such a nice amenity. I have always been able to get it to start, but that doesn't mean it's always easy. The tutorial will help you troubleshoot issues and fix anything that may have been changed by previous guests.
Grill
The grill's gas supply comes from the same line the fireplace uses. The switch is normally in the closed position. It's on the side of the house and needs to be turned perpendicular to the gas line to allow propane to flow. Please turn the gas off when you're done, and clean the grill.
